Quality and Environment


The continuous improvement as a condition of the company system, the attention to the customers and to their satisfaction, the human resources and their specialization, all that certifies Master ISO 9001:2008.

This certification is for us an important step to enhance the effort made to ensure the quality of our products and our services, in the order to satisfy the needs of the customers. The quality system has become a code of behaviour for the entire company, known and used by all its staff. It means to pass from an organization of the company based only on oral codes, held by a few people, to a whole of documented and standard rules known by everybody.

At the same time, confirming the attention to the environment and to the territory, Master has thought also to an ecosustainable growth, by integrating the environmental management principles in the development of the products and in the process management and by promoting every action aimed at managing and improving the environmental impacts.

For this reason we started a environmental management system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001, an optional International norm, for all types of business, which constantly commits the company in the assessment, management and improvement of environmental aspects of their own production processes.
